GYMPUPS
kinetic learning for pups and adolescentsGymPups Kinetic Learning offers an innovative approach to puppy education and development – building super confidence and communication skills through physical activities and sensory experiences.
Personalised support and coaching is tailored to each pup’s individual development, confidence, and physical needs – because all pups are different and learn in their own unique ways.
Based in a calm and relaxed environment, without the distractions of busy group classes, puppies can learn and progress at their own pace while building healthy movement patterns, balance, coordination, and body awareness.
Whilst supporting the super-fast growth of little bodies, the activities also help teach valuable communication and life skills by encouraging focus, patience, problem-solving, confidence, and trust between puppy and handler — creating strong foundations for lifelong well-being, learning, and connection.
GymPups Kinetic Learning goes way beyond traditional puppy exercise and training, focusing on developing the proprioceptive system (part of the nervous system responsible for body awareness), connecting brain and body, and providing an essential foundation to help pups grow into healthy and well-balanced dogs – both physically and emotionally.
Puppyhood and adolescence can be a wonderful, fun time, but it can also have challenging or concerning moments, so I am also here to support and advise, answering and addressing any concerns or questions you may have on your pup’s behaviour, training, and health.

How does GymPups Kinetic learning help growing pups...
Brain & Body Connection: Slow, mindful movements “wire” the nervous system for better co-ordination and problem-solving.
Confidence Building: Mastering new textures and surfaces helps puppies become confident and adaptable in any environment.
Calm & Focused: Slow, thoughtful tasks engage the “thinking brain,” helping puppies learn to stay calm under pressure.
Communication skills: working with your pup helps you to hone the communication between you – both being aware of how much information is passed through small changes in body language, and the importance of teaching a vocabulary that works for you and your pup
Relationship Building: Enjoying time learning new skills is fun and helps pups and their people to bond as they learn.
Physical stability: Low-impact, appropriate activities strengthen the core and support delicate joints and growth plates.
